CHAMBA VALLEY, HIMACHAL:
This beautiful place situated about 90 Kms from McLeod ganj (5 hrs) driving distance. The territory is wholly mountainous with altitude ranging from 2,000 to 21,000 feet.
We enjoyed a lot the weather in Chamba. Its was raining in the morning of our 01st Day in Chamba. Good & pleasant weather enjoyed there.

The next day in the morning, we have visited Laxmi Narayan Temple & local markets before leaving to Dharamshala:
Laxmi Narayan Temple which is the main temple of Chamba town was built by Sahil Verman in the 10th century A.D. The temple has been built in the Shikhara style.
There are several other temples within this complex. The temple knows as Radha Krishan was erected as late as 1825 A.D. by Rani sarda, queen of Raja jeet Singh. The Shiva temple of Chandragupta was also believed to have been built by Sahil Verman while the construction God Gauri Shankar Temple is ascribed to his son and successor Yugkar Varman.
We stayed in Hotel Orchad Hut for 1 night even I personally think 1 night is not enough to stay there (minimum 2 nights are recommendable):
We stayed in Hotel Orchad Hut. Actually, this resort is not situated in Chamba but at Sahu Road (12 kms from Chamba on Mountain) 25 mins nice trekking from your car parking to Hotel. We liked a lot the walking distance between parking to Hotel.
The peaceful & rejuvenate environment are there in Hotel. The family themselves take care of all their guests in the hotel. A group of student/younger’s should be recommended there for 02 days & MORE.

I really don't have words to describe this Wonderful Valley. You can imagine the beauty of nature in this place to see my photos below :

In the end, I would say its a best place for Nature lover.
If you are looking for vacations in summer days. I will highly recommend you this place to rejuvenate your soul with nature, greenery and natural spring water.
